Notes:
- If you would like to do langar seva please sign-up at the Langar Hall or contact Bhai Sahib at 734-420-1718.
- Make sure to clean the Kitchen and Langar Hall after the Langar.
Suggested Menu- Daal or Chole
- Vegetable (with or without Curry)
- Raita
- Chapati
- Kheer or any other dessert
Supplies- Daal (30 lbs) or Dry White Chole (25 lbs) or Canned Chole (30 lbs)
- Vegetables with Curry (65 lbs) or without Curry (80 lbs)
- Milk for Curd (7 gallons)
- Flour, Whole Wheat (4 bags)
- Butter for Chapatis (5 lbs)
- Butter (unsalted) for Karah Parshad (6 lbs)
- Sugar for Karah Parshad (6 lbs)
- Milk for Kheer (8 gallons)
